The grill is the warm and well-loved place that really makes the most out of the different cuts of exceptional meat, seafood and fish that reach our harbours.
Orio’s seafaring tradition is palpable today in the success of small fishing boats and fishing activity that has put the region on the map.

We will end with a very local tasting: anchovy, white tuna and a glass of txakolí (local white wine).
